About this survey

To understand the experiences and outcomes of employees who use their employer-sponsored education benefits through Workforce Edge—and to support continuous improvement of our benefits offerings—Workforce Edge conducts an annual survey to those who have used their education benefit at least once.

This survey was fielded in September 2025 and included a sample size of 2,261 employees from 57 different employer partners across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and logistics, IT and cybersecurity, hospitality and retail, and financial services and insurance.
