Payment options include traditional tuition reimbursement, a direct-payment model where Workforce Edge pays education providers on the employee’s behalf, or a deferred payment structure, which enables students to obtain employer reimbursement before tuition bills are due. 

With Workforce Edge, employees can gain access to student loan advising and forgiveness navigation while employers can also receive strategic guidance for integrating loan programs into your broader benefits strategy.
